BT are proposing to close 18 phone boxes throughout the borough. The proposal to close these phone boxes is BT's and not the Council's.

Following an initial consultation, the Council has made a draft decision on each proposed phone box closure, which can be downloaded below.
The draft decision proposes to consent to the closure and removal of 6 payphones, and to object to the closure and removal of 12 payphones.
This consultation closed at 5pm on Monday 28 June 2021.
