This consultation has now closed.
BT are proposing to close 33 phone boxes throughout the borough. The proposal to close these phone boxes is BT's and not the Council's.
Following an initial consultation the Council has made a draft decision on each proposed phone box closure, which can be downloaded below. The draft decision proposes to consent to the closure and removal of 15 payphones and to object to the closure and removal of 18 payphones.
The Council is now seeking your views on the draft decision before making a final decision. This consultation will close at 5pm on 1 December 2019.
