Consultation on Draft Supplementary Planning Documents
Supplementary Planning Documents are produced by the Council to provide further guidance to the public, applicants and developers on specific planning policies, and will be used when determining planning applications. The following draft Supplementary Planning Documents have been produced:
- Developer Contributions SPD
- Biodiversity Net Gain SPD
- Trees SPD
- Preparing a Soils Strategy SPD
- Development in the Green Belt SPD (revised)
The Council is now seeking your views on the draft Supplementary Planning Documents during the consultation period which runs from Monday 12 September to Monday 17 October 2022.
All representations must be received by 5pm on 17 October 2022.
