Information you should be aware of when submitting a request
The Council has one month to respond to a request submitted under the Right to Data Portability. The time starts from the date a request is verified (i.e. application form and acceptable copies of identification).
RMBC may contact you upon receipt of your request in order to obtain further information from you in order to identify the records which you are referring to, or seek clarification in relation to your request.
The authority will refuse to comply with your request if the information you are referring to is held for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or to comply with a statutory function.
