Information you should be aware of when submitting a request
The Council has one month to respond to a request relating to automated decision making from the date a verified request is received (i.e. application form and acceptable copies of identification).
RMBC may contact you upon receipt of your request. This would be in order to obtain further details from you to identify the information to which your request relates.
It is likely that automated processing/profiling won’t apply to most of the services you receive from the Council as the majority of our processes have some form of human intervention.
