To publish on the Council website as in previous years with a narrative to support and explain the information.
Progressing key activities in the Council’s Workforce Plan that will further address the pay gap.
It is recommended that options above are implemented. Not publishing is not considered as an option as this would mean that Council would be in breach of the statutory duty.
Consultation on proposal
Consultation has taken place with the relevant Cabinet Member.
Timetable and Accountability for Implementing this Decision.
The deadline for publishing the 2025 gender pay gap is 30 March 2026.
