Mick Spooner – I would like to thank Michael Spooner for fixing the problem with my toilet.  I have ad 4 people out to the toilet and each one told me there was no problem.  Mr Spooner arrived and fixed the problem.  I would like to say a big thank you for fixing the problem.

Lee Maskery – Fantastic – Lee carried out my gas check, fixed a long-term issue which had not been found by 3 previous companies.  Very personable and chatty, very courteous, chirpy, and understanding.  Very patient and requested a repair for Mears to come and fix.  I want to pass this over as I feel that not enough people compliment and are too quick to criticize.  Always happy to feedback good news!
