We have carried out reality checking and customer testing to make further improvements to services, such as sold property cleaning checks, to ensure they are in a decent state to let. And carrying out telephone surveys with tenants to ensure when thee repairs are corned out first time. that they ore to their satisfaction. We shore our evidence and information with the appropriate service managers ensuring that they feedback to us how they have improved the service as a result".
