Apply for Second Adult Rebate
Second Adult Rebate is only available to pensioners. It is help towards your Council Tax if you can't get a discount or exemption because another adult lives with you.
The amount of help that you can get depends on the financial circumstances of the other adult(s) in your home. The other adult(s) in your home must not be liable for Council Tax.
You cannot get Second Adult Rebate and Council Tax Support at the same time. When you make a claim, we will look at your entitlement to both and award whichever is best for you.
