A 13m green palisade fence 1m in height to be erected and fixed onto the existing wall that stretches from the rear of the garden to the front at the bungalows on Howard Street. Also a 1m gate to be installed and a 2m fence erected inside the garden to run from the rear of bungalow to the wall. The fence would deter individuals from climbing over into the gardens and the gate would prevent individuals from walking up the drive to access the rear gardens of the bungalows. This would deter crime and the fear of crime while also giving peace of mind to elderly residents of the street.
