What is is?
Social eyes is a day service that supports adults with mild / moderate learning disabilities / autism.
What happens there?
At Social eyes we have our own café, band, football team, performance group, visual art group, swim session, animal care, arts and crafts and offer leisure outings on our mini bus.

You can take part in social activities which include karaoke events, nightclub visits and more.

Activities are also available in the community at venues throughout the Rotherham area.

Our activities stimulate, improve life skills, and encourage employment opportunities, as well ask helping you to make new friends, keep fit and generally live life to the full!

We are open 6 days a week, with a very popular Saturday Social club.
Who is there?
Claire Hobson and Faye Ibbeson are the managers at Social eyes.

We have a team of 19 staff.

Volunteers and students also help out at Social eyes.

All staff are qualified, have DBS checks and have many years’ experience working with adults with learning disabilities.

This is the address of our main base but we also use venues in various communities for example in Swinton, Wickersley, Bramley, Bolton Upon Dearne, Wath, etc.

Transport Information:
Many of our customers use Door2Door community transport.

We are close to bus stops and we have free parking.

Accessibility:
All of our buildings are fully accessible including ramp access.

Changing facilities:
All our buildings are wheelchair accessible with disabled toilets.
We do not have access to hoist etc.

Rawmarsh
Saturday: 9.30 am to 3.30 pm

Wickersley
Saturday: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm

We run social activities on an evening, go on day trips and short residential holidays.
