To provide a closing lockable barrier to the garage plot site on Kiln Road, to stop vandalism, fly tipping and anti-social behaviour occurring on the site, which in turn causes issues for local surrounding residents as the site is located behind approximately 40 properties. Keys will be provided to current tenants within the site and they will be asked to ensure the close and lock the gate when using the site.
