Overview (including aims)
"The works would make the bungalow community to feel safe and secure, particularly at dusk and in the evenings when they are returning home as taxis drop them off on a hardstanding area which is bordered by three sets of bungalows.
It is also thought that having a street light in the area may encourage young people to
congregate on the hardstanding car park which could possibly result in anti-social behaviour, drug dealing from cars and general noise and nuisance. "
