These classes are used to address issues that can bring physical discomfort during pregnancy, such as back ache, heartburn, varicose veins (to name but a few):
Pregnancy asana — modified postures to suit the pregnant body and are a safe and effective way to keep the body healthy and toned throughout the pregnancy.

Breathing practices — help to maintain energy levels and are also helpful during labour.

Relaxation — deals with tiredness & stress during pregnancy and during the early months of motherhood.
