- Working alongside prisoners together, they designed and created programmes that targeted disadvantaged families, ex-offenders and young people through education and crime awareness. The creation of In2Change, in which Brian played an integral part, was to utilise the untapped knowledge and aspirations of offenders who had made a poor judgement and find alternative solutions to give something back by making a positive contribution to society.
