I''m NNEB trained with paediatric first aid, level 3 safeguarding, experience working with children that have SEN, as well as many other qualifications related to child development. I live with my 2 children who are 19 years old and 1 year old. I’m Rotherham’s first childcare setting to be officially an Accredited Curiosity Approach setting. As a curiosity approach setting we put the children at the centre of their own learning and development. I set up my setting using each individual child’s interests and learning schemas to build on what each child already knows and use invitations and provocations to extend their knowledge in all areas of learning and development. Children learn through play. My setting is a free flow setting with an Astro turfed garden that is used all year round, We also go on regular outings and meet up with other childminder''s. My working hours are 7.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday all year round. I collect children from Our Lady’s St Joseph’s Wath, Wath Central School and Wath CofE school. I offer fully funded sessions for 9months,2,3 and 4 year olds. I am also registered to accept tax free childcare, universal credit, tax credit and student finance.

At my setting I am committed to include children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including medical and dietary requirements.I work in partnership with outside agencies that support with your child to guarantee a multi-agency approach when meeting your child’s identified individual needs.
