Service description
Children need to feel a sense of security and belonging when they are away from their main carer. To promote this security I provide a safe, happy and relaxed atmosphere, in which children are respected as individuals and encouraged to explore at their own pace.A wide range of age related activities are planned each week around their interests, to enhance and stimulate development and ensure they have lots of fun whilst learning through play.
I have worked in childcare for 30 years and have two children of my own. I am a qualified Early Years practitioner with 3 consecutive outstanding grades from Ofsted.
Inclusion Information
At my setting I am commited to include children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including medical and dietary requirements.
I work in partnership with outside agencies that support with your child to guarantee a multi-agency approach when meeting your child’s identified individual needs.
I have accessed training around areas relating to Special Educational Needs and disability with a commitment to keeping this updated.
