As an Ofsted Outstanding rated setting, here at Little Acorns Childcare, South Anston, we provide an intimate setting for children to receive a unique, tailored development. Following a Montessori ethos, we follow each child’s interests and build the curriculum around this to develop their knowledge and understanding of the world. From zoos, farms and nature reserves to transportation museums, art galleries and live music concerts we love to show children what the world has to offer and are always out and about experiencing life.
Maria Montessori sought to enrich the lives of children; through a prepared environment which allows each child to discover and challenge themselves independently, a prepared adult to direct their interests and an absorbent mind for the child to take in the world around them and flourish to the best of their ability. This is what we seek to provide for your child. We would love to welcome new parents/carers to visit our setting, to witness first-hand the environment we prepare for the children we care for, to allow them to explore freely within a safe space and thrive.
We have a wonderfully spacious playroom filled with natural light and free flowing access into a large secure grassed garden complete with vegetable patch, play house, trampoline, mud kitchen and various other outdoor activities. - Inclusion Information

I am committed to including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
including medical and dietary requirements. I work in partnership with outside
agencies that support with your child to guarantee a multi-agency approach when
meeting your child’s identified individual needs. I have accessed training around
areas relating to Special Educational Needs and disability with a commitment to
