Service description
I have been working as a registered childminder for the last 29 years. I offer a relaxed, safe, homely environment for your children to be nurtured and able to grow into well balanced individuals. I strongly promote mutual respect to all. I have extensive activities including a large arts and crafts cupboard, cooking, dressing up, books, games, toys for play and education, jigsaws and Lego, as well as access to computers with internet and television, which is occasionally used. I have a large rear, safe enclosed garden with grassed lawn, wooden climbing frame, slide, and many outdoor activities for outdoor play. I am registered with several childcare payment schemes, but also accept bank transfers and cash. I hold both a paediatric First Aid and Child Protection Certificates. References available on request.I am qualified to NVQ 3 in Children''''s care, Learning and development. I have also been awarded childcare champion 2008/10 & 2011. I regularly completed training courses to keep my skills and knowledge as up to date as possible. I have recently completed a government backed Early Years Professional Development Program covering early years development, and the effect covid has had on soe children''s development.
Consistent care offered 48 weeks of the year. Ample notice given of my own holidays.

I work in partnership with outside agencies who support your child to guarantee a multi-agency approach when meeting your child’s identified individual needs.
