- I offer a friendly and welcoming environment for babies and children in my care. I treat all my children equally. I have attended many training courses which are constantly ongoing, including behaviour management, autism and special needs. I find this job very rewarding. I have a safe and secure garden for the children to play in. I hold a full driving licence, so outings are not limited. We go to Farms, Playgroups, Libraries, Parks and Nature walks etc. I have completed my NVQ level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development and I am continually listening to webinars or attending courses via zoom. I work with an assistant so there is two of us.

At my setting I am committed to include children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including medical and dietary requirements.I work in partnership with outside agencies that support with your child to guarantee a multi-agency approach when meeting your child’s identified individual needs.
I have accessed training around areas relating to Special Educational Needs and disability with a commitment to keeping this updated.
