- This service is for users whose application to the Council’s Homelessness Team is being assessed and who require interim accommodation urgently. This service will work in partnership with the Rotherham Borough Council Homelessness Team and partner agencies to provide a high standard of safe, temporary furnished accommodation for single people who have made a homeless application and support homeless people whilst their application is considered. The service provides a safe and secure environment by means of a 24 hour security presence on site, Assessments and referrals are made to the appropriate long term support agencies when users move to their own tenancies.
