Information for prospective candidates
The Notice of Election for all three elections will be published on Thursday 5 June 2025.
Nomination papers can be submitted between 10am and 4pm on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays) between Friday 6 June and no later than 4pm on Friday 13 June 2025.
Nominations must be submitted by hand directly to the (Acting) Returning Officer at the Electoral Services Office, Bailey House, Rawmarsh Road, Rotherham S60 1TD.
Nomination papers can be downloaded and printed off from the Electoral Commission website.
Candidates for the Keppel Ward must use the Local Government election nomination papers.
Candidates for the parish by-elections must use the Parish election nomination papers.
Printed nomination packs, including a set of nomination papers, can be requested from Electoral Services using our contact form.
