Below you will find a range of guides and documents that you can use to support you to create a promotional video of your childcare provision that can then be used to advertise your setting and the childcare you offer in Rotherham. You can use the video to showcase your setting via your social media pages and/or website and Rotherham Families Information Service (FIS) can also add links to your video from your provider record on the FIS website and share via the FIS Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Rotherham Creative Learning Centre (CLC) have produced a range of guidance documents and templates to help you get started with your video footage along with lots of useful information on how to plan your video and create the footage ready for editing.
Next steps…. editing!!
Our colleagues at Rotherham CLC have also produced a guide to support the editing of your promotional video. This guide includes some general pointers on editing your video with links to a range of editing software available along with a link to a tutorial/guide which will show you how to edit your video using that app. If you are using an apple device there is also a more in-depth guide included for this software.
Then…. showcase your setting!
When your video has been edited you can upload this to your social media pages and/or website to showcase your setting.
Rotherham Families Information Service (FIS) can also add links to your video from your provider record on the FIS website.
