FAB TEAM MANAGER
The Fab Team Manager oversees both centres and ensures that the service standards are being met, service users receive a friendly, professional consistently high-quality service and any problems are resolved.
FAB TEAM CO-ORDINATORS
The Fab Team coordinators will liaise with yourselves to plan family time sessions around the child’s routines and our room and worker availability.
FAB TEAM SUPERVISORS
The Fab Team supervisors are skilled observers with non-judgemental attitudes. Their obligation is to ensure that all family time sessions are safe, positive, and fun for the child, they will monitor behaviour and conversations, model appropriate behaviours, offer support and intervene if they are concerned about the safety and wellbeing of the child.
