WHAT IS SUPERVISED FAMILY TIME?

Supervised Family Time means that someone will remain present at all times whilst you are seeing your child.

PREPARING FOR FAMILY TIME

We encourage you to visit the centre before your first Family Time. You can meet the staff and look at the rooms and facilities that are available. We can answer any questions you may have and hopefully put you at ease. This may also help you plan what you may bring to do with your child.

HOW YOU AND YOUR CHILD MAY BE FEELING

Family Time can be difficult for you and your child, you may be feeling a range of emotions. We will do our best to support everyone involved make the best of your time together.

THE DAY OF FAMILY TIME

On the morning of every session, the Fab Team supervisor will ring all attendees to see if they are safe and well to attend Family Time and clarify arrangements for the session.

SAFEGUARDING

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do and all those who are in contact with children and families have a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. if you have any worries or concerns about any child or young person, please speak to a member of our team who will be more than happy to help.

COMPLAINTS

We want to help you resolve any complaints as quickly as possible, please discuss any issues with the Fab Team manager who will signpost you accordingly.
