Rotherham and Donaster Perinatal Mental Health Service
Perinatal means the period of time when you become pregnant and up to a year after giving birth The local Perinatal Mental Health service offers confidential and non-judgemental care and treatment for women with moderate to severe mental health problems who are planning to have a baby, who are already pregnant, or who have given birth in the last 12 months.

Talking Therapies
NHS Rotherham Talking Therapies - previously known as Rotherham IAPT - provides talking therapies to adults who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and stress.

Light Peer Support
Light Peer Support is a peer support charity offering emotional and mental health support to families across South Yorkshire from pregnancy to 2 years postnatal.
All staff and volunteers have lived experience of struggling with their emotional or mental health at some point throughout their life and in their perinatal period.
They have a variety of peer support groups operating weekly in Sheffield Family Hubs, as well as offering 1 to 1 peer support either face-to-face, or by telephone or video call.

Parents guide to child and adolescent mental health support (CAMHS)
CAMHS is a free NHS service that helps children and young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. The service provides support and treatment, including individual and family therapy, medication, staying in hospital (inpatient care) and parenting support courses.
