ROTHERHAM AND DONCASTER PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE 

Perinatal means the period of time when you become pregnant and up to a year after giving birth The local Perinatal Mental Health service offers confidential and non-judgemental care and treatment for women with moderate to severe mental health problems who are planning to have a baby, who are already pregnant, or who have given birth in the last 12 months.

TALKING THERAPIES  

NHS Rotherham Talking Therapies - previously known as Rotherham IAPT - provides talking therapies to adults who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and stress.

LIGHT: PRE AND POST NATAL SUPPORT

If you want to be supported by other parents experiencing similar things to yourself, you can contact Light who offer peer support groups and one-to-one sessions offer in a safe and friendly place.

PARENTS GUIDE TO CHILD AND ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT (CAMHS)

CAMHS is a free NHS service that helps children and young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. The service provides support and treatment, including individual and family therapy, medication, staying in hospital (inpatient care) and parenting support courses.
