Rotherham’s biggest free cultural festival, the mighty Rotherham Show, returns to the stunning surroundings of Clifton Park and is brought to you by Rotherham Council and partners.

This two-day event offers visitors the opportunity to celebrate the borough and the people who call it home with an inspiring, joyful, and epic programme including outdoor theatre, live music, horticultural heroes, sport activities, circus delights, pop-up performances, cracking comedy, fairground thrills, and fun aplenty!

In the Children’s Capital of Culture Area expect to see talented young people, workshops, live music performances, Right to Play a pop-up adventure playground by Pif-Paf, beloved Rotherham organisations such as Grimm and Co., Wentworth Woodhouse and more, giving a taster of all the exciting things to expect from their festival year, which kicks off on 1 January 2025!

New to this year is the Eco Village where you can chat to the Council’s Climate Team, enjoy inspiring performances, take part in family games, sample mindful yoga, and meet giant puppets Hope and Reign.

Alongside all of this you will also find stalls to browse, food and drink, the Festival Village from Flux Rotherham, show favourites including Strongmen Competitions, Companion Dog Show, Vintage Vehicle Display, roaming performances and more!

Rotherham Show offers an extravaganza of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy, celebrating the uniqueness and spirit of the borough and giving people the chance to make lasting memories together.

Printed programmes will be available over the weekend, and you will also find wayfinding banners, including a map of the festival and timings, to help you find your away around the festival.
