If you are a Council tenant and need to make an insurance claim with the Council’s Home Contents Insurance Scheme, please call 01709 336009 and press option 3. An advisor will be able to take your information and send out an insurance claim form.
Alternatively, you can make a claim against your contents policy directly by calling Crawford & Company on 01618 758988.
