Apply for a trade or charity pitch.

We may not be able to accept your booking if:

• You are unable to meet the Rules and Regulations (separate document).
• You offer services that may compete with Rotherham Council Services.
• You are a political group likely to attract protests or disruption.
• You intend to sell vapes, e‑cigarettes or related products.
• You have previously not followed essential safety or vehicle rules.
• You are a caterer, bar provider, Fresh Produce or Crafter (you must apply and pay using the separate relevant Application Form).
• You intend to sell or distribute political, religious or other materials that could cause harm or distress.

This is a chargeable application with pitch priced at: 

• £306.00 for a trade pitch at 5 metres by 5 metres
• £529.00 for a trade pitch at 10 metres by 10 metres or; 
• £213.00 for a charity pitch at 5 metres by 5 metres.

If you're applying as a charity you will also need your Charity reference number.
