Collecting material

Loan, donate or bequeath material

The service can look after your archive material. If you would like to deposit archival material with the service, or give archives to us to care for on behalf of the borough, please contact us for more information.

Withdraw records

Once deposited, archives may be withdrawn temporarily or permanently. This may only be done by the original depositor or their official representative. If you wish to withdraw archives please contact us. You will need to provide proof of your identity and, if you are not the original depositor, you must have a letter of authority for the withdrawal.
