What is supported employment?
Supported Employment can support you on your journey to employment.
The service is open to any resident over 18 with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. An officer will work with you to understand your skills, ambitions and needs.
We will:
- help to match you to local employers
- speak to employers on your behalf for employment opportunities
- help you to build your skills and readiness for work
- help you with job searching and CV writing
- support you and your employer in the first 6 months of employment
