Take part in a volunteer Whiston Brook clean-up day in August.
The Environment Agency, River Stewardship Company, Yorkshire Water and Rotherham Council would like to invite you to a volunteer clean-up day at Whiston Brook.
Join us at Whiston Meadows (bottom of Whiston Vale, past the allotments) on Tuesday 23rd August at 10am.
We will be tidying and cutting back vegetation, balsam bashing and litter picking around the Brook to help support the flow of water.
Tea and coffee will be provided on the day. Make sure to wear weather appropriate clothing and some sturdy shoes.
