Plans for a new woodland in Dinnington take shape

A map showing Dinnington

Plans have been revealed to Ward Councillors for tree planting on the Pit Top area opposite the Tesco supermarket near the town centre.

The team are keen to maintain the important meadow environment currently on the site, whilst adding woodland meadow environments and ultimately linking up with the existing community woodland towards North Anston.

The first trees will be planted this winter and it is hoped you can all join us for community planting days. The dates will be revealed in the Dinnington Ward e-newsletter. You can subscribe to the newsletter at: https://public.govdelivery.com/accounts/UKRMBC/signup/13606
