Session summary
Pivotal Health and Wellbeing CIC will deliver an energetic and inclusive Winter HAF Kickboxing Camp at our Eastwood Community Gym in Rotherham. The project offers children and young people aged 5–14 the chance to stay active, learn new skills, and build confidence during the school holidays in a safe, supportive environment.
Each day will include kickboxing and fitness-based sessions designed to develop coordination, balance, discipline, and self-confidence. Activities are delivered by our qualified instructors, who focus on fun, encouragement, and personal achievement rather than competition. Sessions are adapted for all ability levels, ensuring that every participant feels included and capable of success.
Alongside the physical sessions, participants will take part in team games, wellbeing workshops, and nutritional learning, helping them to understand the benefits of staying active and eating healthily. A free, nutritious meal will be provided each day, with opportunities for children to learn about making positive food choices.
Delivered by the experienced Pivotal Health and Wellbeing team, the Winter HAF Kickboxing Camp combines fun, fitness, and friendship to create a memorable and meaningful experience for all participants.
