Session summary

The Wath Boxing Club HAF Camp offers fun, structured non-contact boxing and fitness sessions for children aged 5–16. Activities include footwork, pad work, coordination drills, games and confidence-building exercises, all led by qualified coaches in a safe and supportive environment. Each day also includes simple wellbeing guidance around healthy habits and positive teamwork. A free healthy meal is provided for every participant. The aim is to help children stay active, build confidence and feel part of a positive community.

Session content

Boxing skills classes, gym strength sessions, mini circuits, arts and crafts, boxing for fitness and taekwondo for children aged 5 to 16 years.
