Armed Forces Day 2025

Rotherham has a long and proud history of supporting the Armed Forces community and the borough is home to one of the biggest Armed Forces Day celebrations in the region.

Led by the Council, in collaboration with our Armed Forces community, the event provided an opportunity to come together and thank those who have fought for our country, and our support for those currently serving.

This year’s event on Sat 21 June at 10am to 2pm in the town centre included a military parade, followed by a parade inspection, Act of Worship and speeches and Cadet displays, and entertainment and stalls in All Saints' Square.
