After you report fly-tipping
If the fly-tipping is on Council land, we aim to have the rubbish removed within 4 working days.
It could take more than 5 working days if further investigation is necessary, or specialist equipment is required. For example, if we need to get specialist contractors to remove things like asbestos or chemical substances.
If the report is on private land, it is the landowner's responsibility to clear it. We may investigate if evidence is found.
