Pink Lid Bin

Items allowed in your pink lid bin include:

  • General Waste
  • Food Waste
  • Plastic Bags and Film
  • Nappies and Wipes
  • Vacuum Cleaner Waste
  • Pet Bedding
  • Paper Cups and Plates

Items not allowed in your pink lid bin include:

  • Hot Ashes
  • Electrical Items, Batteries, Energy-saving Lightbulbs or Fluorescent Tubes*
  • Paint Tins*

*These items can be taken to a household waste recycling centre.

Only empty dry paint tins will be accepted at the Household Waste Recycling Centres.
