Apply for a salt bin in your community
You can request a salt bin for placing in a trouble spot. Please contact us and we will assess your request.
We will only provide a new salt bins if the request meets the criteria of our Winter Service Policy.
There is no guarantee that a salt bin will be provided even if it meets the salt bin policy criteria. If it is deemed to be a more suitable solution, then residents may be offered the opportunity of becoming voluntary snow wardens.
