To report a problem with a streetlight, bollard or sign please use our online form.

Report a faulty street light, bollard or sign

For example:

How long will it take to repair?

We aim to attend to lighting faults of 1 or 2 units within 3 working days.

If there are 3 or more street lights out we aim to attend within 24 hours and if the fault is on equipment belonging to Northern Powergrid we will raise the issue with them. Northern PowerGrid aim to attend and fix the fault within 20 working days of receiving the report.
