Mental health crisis support

Rotherham Mental Health Crisis Team

The Rotherham Mental Health Crisis Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Crisis Team offers information and advice, signposting, and referral to other services. It also offers face-to-face assessments and consultations. The Team may also provide short term support to reduce crisis.

The Crisis Team helps people who have been referred because of a serious decline in their mental health.

An Approved Mental Health Professional may carry out a Mental Health Act Assessment.

Rotherham Safe Space

Rotherham Safe Space supports anyone having a mental health crisis by providing a wide range of support options, including face-to-face, phone, email or video call.
