What happens after you report a concern?
When you report abuse, the Council will:
- Listen to you and take your concerns seriously
- Make enquiries about the concerns
- Consider the wishes of the adult at risk
- Talk to the police if a crime is being committed
- Consider if anyone else is at risk.
