Please use this form to report rubbish or items that have been deliberately dumped within the Rotherham borough.
Please do not use this form to report:
- Waste that has been left out for normal waste collections
- Very small amounts of rubbish, such as less than a black bin bag full. Please use our litter problem form to report this.
Where the fly-tipping is on private land it is the responsibility of the landowner to remove. However, we may be able to take legal action if there is sufficient evidence.
We can also seize vehicles involved in fly-tipping.
