Please use this form to request a school transfer for your child. You should complete this form if:-
- You wish to move your child from one school to another
- You intend to move to the Rotherham area or have done so already
You should only submit an application for any child who you wish to move to a new school – you will be able to apply for more than one child on this form
You are advised to discuss this transfer with a member of staff at your child’s present school.
If your preferences include a Church of England or Catholic school/academy you are advised to complete a Supplementary Information Form. Further information is provided within the application form.
Please allow 15 school days before contacting the Admissions Team for an update on your application. It is not possible to process any applications during school holidays and your application will be forwarded to your preferred school(s) for consideration at the start of the new term.
