- not received a letter but believe that your household is eligible for an additional general household waste bin
There will be a charge to purchase an additional bin for households who do not meet the medical criteria. Rothercard holders are entitled to a 50% discount on an additional bin.

Before starting this form
You will need the following:
- A debit or credit card to make payment
- Your Rothercard number to receive a discount
