Please use this form to request a new bin, report that your bin is damaged or have a bin removed from your property.
If your wheeled bin has been damaged or it has been stolen and it is the first time you have reported a stolen bin, we'll replace it free of charge.
There will be a charge for new bins for new build properties or replacement bins. Rothercard holders are entitled to a 50% discount on pink lidded bins, green bins and black bins.

Before starting this form
You will need the following:
- A debit or credit card to make payment
- Your Rothercard number to receive a discount
