BEFORE YOU APPLY
As part of your claim, you will need to upload a photo of the damage to your vehicle or home.
For personal injury claims we will require evidence of the injury caused by a trip or fall. For example, a photo of the injury or medical note issued by your doctor.
If you are making a claim for damage to a vehicle, your will also need to provide details of the vehicle involved in the incident, this will include:
- Vehicle make, model and registration number.
- Vehicle owner if the vehicle is owned by someone else.
If you have made a report to the council, for example if your accident was caused by a pothole that you have reported to us, you can include the reference number of the report on your claim.
Please provide as much detail as possible about your claim.
