Apply for free school meals for your child using this form. You must submit a separate application for each child.
You should apply if:
- Your child is not currently receiving free school meals
- Your child is starting at a new school and did not receive free school meals at their previous school
You do not need to apply if:
- Your child already receives free school meals and is staying at the same school
- Your child already receives free school meals and your income has changed
- Your child changed schools within Rotherham and was receiving free school meals at their previous school
