Please use this form to book a visitors’ car parking space for a visitor to Riverside House. Visitors’ car parking spaces are for external visitors to the Council only.
Once the form has been submitted, a space, if available, will be booked. It will then be the responsibility of the person being visited to inform their visitor of the parking bay number which has been reserved and let them know that payment must be made to park their vehicle.
Charges are as follows:
- Up to 2 hours £1.50
- Up to 4 hours £2.00
- Over 4 hours £3.50
If it is felt that due to the nature of the visit or relationship with the Council it is appropriate for us to pay for this out of the public purse, colleagues should get clearance from their service director or M3 manager. A cost code and nominal must also be provided.
Visitors will also need to be instructed how to get back to reception from this area and under no circumstances attempt to get into the building through the car park roller shutter. Signs are in place to assist in finding the way.
