What we can tell you
If your tenant has signed a 'landlord disclosure', we will be able to tell you:
- whether your tenant has claimed housing benefit and whether a decision has been made
- if we need more information to decide the claim and what that information is
We will not be able to give you:
- any personal or household details
- your tenant's financial circumstances
If you employ an agent, we can only discuss the claim with your agent.
